Copper Alloy Line

114 workstations are designed. Low current and slow deposition are adopted for electroplating, which can reduce the porosity of the coating and make it denser, thus improving the experimental corrosion resistance of the coating.

Zinc Alloy Line

178 workstations are designed. By increasing the electroplating time of alkali copper and pyro copper, the coating of inner zinc alloy is more uniform and delicate, which not only reduces the decay probability of inner cavity, but also ensures the salt spray test requirements of zinc substrate.

All process parameters of electroplating line are controlled by sensors in an integrated way, and the information of electroplating products is carefully calculated and practiced in the background. Sectional control (4 stages) is adopted in the electroplating power supply, which makes the coating more delicate and the salt spray test grade higher.
